GreatAmerica Financial Services is seeking a new Corporate Counsel for its equipment leasing business headquartered in Cedar Rapids. The Corporate Counsel will support the company by (i) counseling and advising the company’s leadership and business teams on a wide variety of transactions and business activities and issues, (ii) assisting the company in identifying and addressing an array of legal, compliance and risk issues, and (iii) guiding and supporting the structuring of a wide variety of third-party relationships. Looking for 3+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in a transactional practice. Financial or regulatory experience a plus.
